i think that the lack of customer service is the main issue at flamingo land, i can see what you mean also about having a great day when something unexpected happens. this season alton towers has been great for that with lots of street entertainers and loads of nice little touches. flamingo land just dont do enough and dont seem to think about guests' experiences, it suprises me that with all the recent improvements in the park regarding theming and new installations, the quality of staff seems to have got worse, ths may just be because now that they are such a major park, things like staff swearing and smoking look more obvious, wheras in the park's old fairground setting this would not look that obvious, its something that the park really need to wake up and look into, as it coul dbe seriously damaging to the company's reputation, guests do pick up on things like that and i really dont think flamingo land management seem to realise just how important customer service is

The only time i have seen Professor Bubbles is when he came off the stage on one of his shows but not seen him about in the park at all. I have seen the Little Monsters walking around though. May I ask if Professor Bubbles does decide to walk around the park what bits will he go to, I mean like past the plaza bar or next to it?

I have seen the little monsters and professor Bubbles out and about entertaining before, however, like Lee said, once in a blue moon isn't enough!

What I would love to see is some entertainers around Lost Kingdom. Warriors would be a good idea. Some tribe-like actors, to go round the area, interacting with the guests in any way possible.

I would also like to see some costumed charactors around the entrance (perhaps Professor Bubbles and his gang could take upon this aera in the morning and at park closing... It really isn't hard to entertain people. Flamingo Land just need to hire witty, crazy, fun, random people to do the job!

I like all the shows Flamingo Land has but I would like to see the Bongo show building be made a bit bigger so they can get more pepole in there. The Sealion show needs more seats too I think!

The Little Monsters have been known to walk around the park before and it's a nice touch but I don't see why it can't be a permanent thing rather than once in a blue moon! Things like that can really make the day exciting for younger visitors and is something they will remember forever.
